One of the “best-sellers” is the Hamachi Kama, the grilled yellowtail cheek that
is crispy on the outside, incredibly buttery in flavor, and harmonizes with the side
of daikon radish. Another is the Kobe Beef. In a way of sushi, the housemade Golden
